The legendary LCP jungler Hung "Karsa" Hao-Hsuan has announced his retirement after 12 years as a professional, competing in the LCP (Pacific) as well as in China’s LPL. A four-time LMS champion, three-time LPL champion, and winner of the 2018 Mid-Season Invitational with Royal Never Give Up, he also made seven appearances at Worlds, reaching the quarterfinals twice and the semifinals once with Top Esports.

Hanwha Life Esports Challengers roster for the 2026 LCK CL season will feature Park "Panther" Ji-ho, promoted from the LCK AS roster, alongside Lee "Jackal" Su-min in the jungle and Lee "Cracker" Jeong-wook in the midlane, both also moving up from LCK AS. The botlane remains unchanged, with Pyun "Pyeonsik" Min-ki as AD carry and Park "Bluffing" Gyu-yong at support. Kim "Sensation" Dong-hyeon will continue to lead the team as head coach.

Lille Esports will overhaul the vast majority of their roster for the 2026 season, sources tell Sheep Esports. Gia "Addusto" Huy Khuat will take over the toplane, Karim "KKT" Aubineau is retained in the jungle, Koussay "Koussay" Soltani joins in midlane, Marley "Vespa" Benezech will play AD carry, and Simon "Seneca" Bucht rounds out the lineup as support. The roster will be led by head coach Frédéric "Glopo" Sialelli.
11:00 AM CET - Official (LPL): Hena joins Ultra Prime
At 26 years old, Park “Hena” Jeung-hwan is joining the LPL for the first time in his career with Ultra Prime, adding a third league to his résumé. He spent several years in the LCK before moving to LYON in LTA North for the 2025 season, a stint that did not go well. He will be the second South Korean player on the roster.
10:00 AM CET - Official (LPL): Grizzly joins Ultra Prime
Jo “Grizzly” Seung-hoon joins Ultra Prime in the LPL for the 2026 season. At 20 years old, he leaves Hanwha Life Esports for the first time after playing for the organization in LCK AS in 2022, then in LCK CL in the following years. In Summer 2023, he was the jungler of the main roster and finished fourth in the LCK.

The Spanish organization have officially annoucned their 2026 roster, composed of Sebastian "Tracyn" Wojtoń, Théo "Sheo" Borile, Tolga "Serin" Ölmez, Yoon "Ice" Sang-hoon and Paul "Stend" Lardin as already reported by Sheep Esports. Team Heretics also officialize their entire coaching staff.
04:05 PM CET - Official (LCK): Oner resigns through 2028 with T1
T1 just announced the signature of Mun "Oner" Hyeon-jun through 2028, extending his contract for two more years from his initial contract which ended in 2026. With Faker signed through 2029, he becomes the second longest contract extension with the club.
09:00 AM CET - Official (LCK): Nova joins Gen.G
Gen.G announce the return of Park “Nova” Chan-ho to their coaching staff, this time with the main LCK team as assistant coach. Nova previously served as head coach of Gen.G Academy in 2023 and did not coach over the past two years. He has also worked with Liiv SANDBOX Youth in the LCK CL.

Shopify Rebellion have announced that assistant coach Tanner “Damonte” Damonte will remain in his role, continuing to form the coaching staff alongside head coach Seong “Reven” Sang-hyeon for another year, with Reven also being retained for the 2026 season.

Fnatic announced that they will keep Richard “Immanuelity” Wolter in their coaching staff as a performance coach. He joined the team during the Summer Split alongside Yoon “Poby” Sung-won and had previously worked at G2 Esports as part of the staff with Ismael Pedraza.

Barça eSports have announced their full roster as well as their coaching staff for the 2026 season. Eric “selenex” Lozano Gutierrez will play in the toplane, Luis “Koldo” Pérez in the jungle, Sergio “Macaquino” Bouzende Rodrigues in the midlane, Sergio “Legolas” Gispert as AD carry, and Víctor “Oscure” Fernández as support. The coaching staff will be led by head coach Alejandro “Jandro” Fernández, assisted by Baltat “AoD” Alin-Ciprian.

paiN Gaming have announced their new roster for 2026, featuring Leonardo "Robo" Souza in the toplane, making his return to the club after previously playing for paiN in 2020 and 2021. Marcos "CarioK" Santos de Oliveira Junior will continue as the team’s jungler for a seventh consecutive year, Thiago "tinowns" Sartori returns to the midlane, and in the botlane, Alexandre "TitaN" Lima dos Santos and Choi "Kuri" Won-yeong are retained.

As previously reported by Sheep Esports, Barça eSports have just announced the contract extension of their AD Carry Sergio “Legolas” Vicente Gispert, who will therefore begin his fourth year with the Catalan club. In 2025, the team won the SuperLiga Spring Split and also reached the finals of the EMEA Masters.

Erwin "Alaric" Cader is set to join Karmine Corp Blue Stars in the Nexus League, sources tell Sheep Esports. While only 19 years old, the Swedish-Polish support already has experience in the ERLs, having played for Rudy Esports in 2024 and for Rich Gang in 2025, both teams competed in the Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC).

A new member of TLN Pirates' boat has arrived. Tautvydas “Toffe” Gegeckas is set to join the new entrant in the Ligue Française de League of Legends Division 2, sources tell Sheep Esports on Wednesday. The Lithuanian midlaner, who G2 Academy has also considered this offseason, went through a difficult year with BDS Academy in the LFL and will now have to work his way through the lower division to prove he belongs at the top level of French competition, unless the team secures a spot in the French elite at the end of the LFL Invitational.

In one of the slowest Spanish offseason ever, GIANTX Pride finally announced their new roster ahead of the 2026 season. It will be composed of five new players, but well known from the spanish scene, like Manuel "ManoloGap" García toplane, Antonio "Th3Antonio" Espinosa Bejarano jungle, Ismael "Miniduke" Martínez midlane, Víctor "Flakked" Lirola and Amadeu "Attila" Dias de Carvalho on the botlane.

As previously reported by Sheep Esports, GIANTX will retain their entire LEC roster, as confirmed through their social media announcement. Despite several discussions with other teams during the offseason, Eren "Lot" Yıldız, Ismaïl "ISMA" Boualem, Adam "Jackies" Jeřábek, Oh "Noah" Hyeon-taek and Yoon "Jun" Se-jun will still play together next year.

The Czech AD Carry, under contract until 2026, will be entering his third consecutive year with the French organization and will reunite with Marek “Humanoid” Brázda, his new midlaner, whom he previously played with at MAD Lions in 2020 and 2021.

CTBC Flying Oyster have announced the departure of Shen “Driver” Tsung-Hua. At 23, the Taiwanese toplaner spent a year and a half with the organisation and was part of the legendary roster that won all three LCP splits and shocked the international scene with its performances at major events.

According to the Global Contract Database, FlyQuest has locked Apollo "Apollo" Price as their new strategic coach. Officially inactive in 2025, he brings several years of experience as a positional coach from NRG, CLG and Golden Guardians since 2021.

LYON announces the arrival of their new assistant coach, Han "Rigby" Earl, who joins Kim "Reignover" Yeu-jin’s coaching staff. In 2025, Rigby served as the head coach of Dignitas, and before that he worked in the LCK with Afreeca Freecs before moving to the LCS, coaching at Evil Geniuses and Cloud9.

Berlin International Gaming has officially announced the signing of RKR, who will become the centerpiece of the organization’s new project as he returns home to the German League. Kamil "Kamiloo" Haudegond is set to join Karmine Corp Blue. Although he held talks with several LEC teams, Kamiloo decided to take his first steps in the LFL with the Blue Wall. As a reminder, he was the first player in history to make a direct jump from the French Division 2 to the LEC.
10:55 PM CET - LEAK (LFL): OMON to Galions
Šimon "OMON" Řiháček is set to join Galions in the LFL, barring any LEC opportunity, according to sources close to Sheep Esports. The Czech midlaner is leaving BK ROG Esports after a year in which he won the LFL Spring Split, but he could still join an LEC team if an offer comes his way.
0:20 AM CET - Leak (LTA): APA parting ways with Team Liquid
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, midlaner Eain "APA" Stearns is leaving Team Liquid. The team has yet to finalize a new midlaner but is actively exploring the market, with particular interest in South Korean talent. APA leaves Team Liquid after three years split between the NACL, LCS, and LTA, and is reportedly open to offers from the LCS, LEC, or even the CBLOL.

6:30 PM CET - Leak (LEC) Skeanz remains with SK Gaming
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, French jungler Duncan "Skeanz" Marquet is expected to re-sign with SK Gaming to play in the LEC in 2026. From the very start of the offseason, SK Gaming made retaining Skeanz a top priority. While an agreement wasn’t guaranteed at first, both sides have now reached a deal.
4:30 AM CET - Leak (LEC): Carlsen and Kamiloo allowed to explore their options by Team Heretics
Kamil "Kamiloo" Haudegond and Carl "Carlsen" Carlsen have been given permission by Team Heretics to explore their options. They are the first two players officially confirmed to be leaving the roster. Academy toplaner Sebastian "Tracyn" Wojtoń is being considered for promotion, though the toplane position remains vacant for now.
0:55 AM CET - Official (LTA): Reignover parting ways with Team Liquid
Kim "Reignover" Yeu-jin has been working as a strategic coach within the team for the past three years. But 2025 has been rough, as Team Liquid started the year winning Split 1, before crumbling in both other splits, leaving FlyQuest as the sole kings of the LTA.

3:40 PM CET - Official (LCP): BioPanther allowed to explore his options
Brandon "BioPanther" Alexander has been allowed to explore his options by Chiefs Esports Club after a difficult year in the LCP. The team finished bottom of the league in all three splits without winning a single best-of series, before losing to Deep Cross Gaming in the promotion tournament. The 26-year-old Australian toplaner thus ends his second stint with Chiefs, following his previous tenure in 2023.
10:20 PM CET - Official (LFL): Szygenda allowed to explore his options
Mathias "Szygenda" Jensen has been allowed to explore his options by BK ROG Esports. The Danish toplaner joined the LFL at the start of 2025. The team won the Spring Split, defeating Karmine Corp in the grand final, before reaching the semifinals of the EMEA Masters, where they fell to Los Ratones. During the Summer Split, the team failed to perform and finished 6th.
October 5th
6:00 PM CET - Leak (LEC): Karmine Corp exploring options on midlane
Vladimiros "Vladi" Kourtidis has been given permission to explore opportunities elsewhere, despite being under contract with Karmine Corp until the end of 2027. The club has been discussing with South Korean players, but no player's identity can be confirmed with 100% certainty.
5:00 PM CET - Official (EMEA): Kikis announces his retirement
Polish jungler Mateusz “Kikis” Szkudlarek has announced his retirement after 14 years as a professional player, also expressing his intention to transition into coaching. Active in the League of Legends scene since 2011, Kikis played several splits in the EU LCS and made a Worlds appearance with Team Vitality in 2018.

GAM Esports has officially announced the departure of their midlaner Nguyễn "Emo" Thái Vinh. After two years with the team, the 20-year-old player is now looking for new opportunities, having represented GAM at two Mid-Season Invitationals and last year’s Worlds. This season, GAM rotated between two mid laners, Emo and Hồ "Aress" Văn Vĩ Đại, who shared playing time throughout the year.

According to sources close to Sheep Esports, the 2022 LEC champion, Kim "Malrang" Geun-seong, will not be part of Natus Vincere's team next year. After returning to the LEC this year and role-swapping from jungler to support mid-season, Malrang is leaving NAVI as his contract expires at the end of the year. The Ukrainian organization has already begun its search for new support and may hold tryouts later in the offseason.

9:10 PM CET - Leak (LEC): Parus allowed to explore his options
Support Polat "Parus" Furkan Çiçek has been permitted to explore his options by Team BDS, sources tell Sheep Esports. With the Swiss organization considering roster changes—particularly in the botlane—they could not guarantee the Turkish support a place on their 2026 roster. Parus’ contract expires in November, and while BDS has left the door open to a possible re-signing, the player has already begun talks with other LEC teams, signaling a strong possibility of him remaining in the league next year.
9:05 PM CET - Official (LTA): Cloud9 announce the promotion of Head Coach Inero
Nicholas "Inero" Smith has been immediately announced as Cloud9's new head coach for the 2026 season. After ten years spent coaching teams, mostly in NA, he was Reapered Assistant Coach in 2025 and got promoted.
9:00 PM CET - Official (LTA): Cloud9 announce the departure of Head Coach Reapered
After a year and a half, Cloud9 have announced the departure of their Head Coach Bok "Reapered" Han-gyu. Despite having reunited and ambitious roster and showed a true potential to carry in the league, they didn't manage to go back to Worlds nor win a title this year.
6:40 PM CET - Official (LTA): Team Liquid announce the departure of coach Swiffer
Team Liquid have announced the departure of their Interim Head Coach and Assistant Coach Simon "Swiffer" Papamarkos after one year with TL in the LTA North. After a strong start to the year, winning Split 1 and competing at the First Stand in South Korea, Split 2 ended with a fourth-place finish, while Split 3 turned into a disaster, with TL failing to even reach the playoffs.
4:35 PM CET - Leak (LEC): Natus Vincere exploring midlane options
Midlaner Emil "Larssen" Larsson’s starting spot with Natus Vincere in the LEC is in doubt for 2026. Although still under contract until the end of 2027, the organization has begun exploring alternatives in the midlane. He is the second player to be replaced by NAVI after the organization decided to part ways with Kim "Malrang" Geun-seong.
2:45 PM CET - Official (NLC): Treatz announces his retirement
Former LEC support Erik "Treatz" Wessén has just announced his retirement from professional play. He is now willing to transition as a coach. In 2025, he competed in the NLC with NORD Esports during the Winter and Summer splits, and had a stint with Movistar KOI Fénix in Spring. Over his 10-year career, Treatz played for notable teams including SK Gaming, TSM, and Dignitas.
1:55 PM CET - Leak (LEC): Team Heretics and Head Coach Machuki failed to reach an agreement
Víctor "Machuki" Machuca Segura has been allowed to explore new opportunities by Team Heretics heading into the offseason, according to sources close to Sheep Esports. With Machuki's contract set to expire this year, both parties discussed signing a new deal; however, no agreement could be found so far.

Former LEC toplaner Finn "Finn" Wiestål has officially announced his retirement closing the chapter on an eight-year career. After a year of transitioning into broadcast talent he shared that he will now pursue broadcasting full time.

Assistant coach Nicolas Perez has announced that he is exploring his options for 2026. He specified that he is open to any role, whether as a head coach, assistant, positional coach, or even a developmental position within an academy structure, both in Europe and North America.

04:30 PM CET - Official (LTA): Impact parting ways with Team Liquid
Team Liquid has announced the departure of their toplaner Jeong "Impact" Eon-young. Widely regarded as one of the greatest in the organization’s history—and in the league overall—he leaves after two years in his latest stint with the team (five in total, having returned at the start of 2024). During that time, he helped Liquid dominate the league before the team was gradually overtaken at the top by FlyQuest. Despite competing at the 2025 First Stand and winning the first split of the season, Team Liquid failed to qualify for Worlds this year, a rare miss for the team in recent years. It marks only their second time missing Worlds since 2018.
08:45 PM CET - Official (LCK): cCarter comes back to DRX as General Manager
DRX announced on their socials the return of Choi "cCarter" Byoung-hoon as their General Manager. This is a role he held for three years between 2021 and the end of 2023.

07:00 PM CET - Official (LTA): Keine traded from Dignitas to Team Isurus
Dignitas has officially announced on their socials that they are trading mid laner Kim "Keine" Joon-cheol to Team Isurus for the LTA South Conference Promotion Tournament. Since the organization holds a guest slot in the league, they will compete in this tournament at the end of the year to secure their spot for 2026.

5:00 PM CET - Leak (LEC): TheRock to Natus Vincere
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, current Karmine Corp Blue coach Vasilis "TheRock" Voltis is set to join Natus Vincere in the LEC for the 2026 season. He will still compete in the LFL playoffs with KCB and could even coach the team through the EMEA Masters before moving to Berlin. The Ukrainian organization has reportedly paid a buyout to secure the Greek coach.
