New roster for better results?
FALKE ESPORTS will begin the 2026 season with an entirely new roster as it prepares to compete in VALORANT Challengers Spain. Present in the league for just over a year, FLK has yet to establish itself among the top contenders in VCL Spain. With renewed ambitions, the organization is turning to a fresh lineup and the return of a former coach.
The roster will consist of Tomas "Destrian" Linikas, a former VCT player with Team Vitality, alongside Kamil "kvmil" Szymanek, Kamil "Kamisseq" Lepper, Nikolas "Czester" Żarów, and Krzysztof "Krizz" Łukaszkiewicz. The team’s Head Coach will be Alex "Fr0m" Cunard, who previously had a brief stint with the organization in 2024.
The beginning of higher ambitions?
FALKE ESPORTS joined VCL Spain during Split 2 of the 2024 season. While the team has generally avoided the lower end of the standings, it has never truly been able to compete for the league title. This year marked the organization’s best domestic result, as FALKE finished first in the Split 2 regular season without dropping a single Bo2. However, the campaign ended abruptly with a 3–0 defeat in their opening playoff match against UCAM Esports Club. Since the conclusion of the season, the team has taken part in Project Blender with several new players, none of whom will ultimately be retained.
Instead, the organization has opted for a completely new group of five players. Among them is Destrian, the Lithuanian player who rose to prominence with Team Vitality during the organization’s inaugural year in VCT EMEA. Last season, he also made a brief appearance in the league with KPI Gaming. Kamisseq is likewise a familiar face in VCL Spain, having competed there over the past two years with Ramboot Club and NOVO Esports. They will be joined by three players coming from VCL NORTH//EAST: kvmil, formerly of Formulation Gaming, as well as Krizz and Czester, who previously crossed paths during their time together at GoNext Esports.
The lineup will be led by American Head Coach Fr0m, whose most recent coaching experience dates back to late 2024 with FALKE ESPORTS, where he was in charge during the Challengers Spain: Rising Consolidation phase.
